Is there anything we have to do prior to the technician arriving?

  • We ask that all clothed furniture be pulled out from the wall 5 inches
  • All interior doors to the house remain open 24 hours prior to your appointment

How long does it take to receive our report?

  • Once the audit is complete the images are brought back to our office and uploaded to our analyzing software where we generate your report. Once completed we e-mail or mail it to the client same day

Does the Thermal Energy Audit qualify for any Government Rebates?

  • No, Certified Inspectors use the blower door method to determine energy efficiency and rate of air leakage. Click here for info on the Blower Door Method
    Note: New installations are not eligible in cases where improvements listed state "Replace."
